Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Shipping
Processing times may vary. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Please double-check your shipping information, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition (yes, that means no test drives).
To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear or use.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage, and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Product Use
Our products are intended for personal use only. Designs, phrases, and branding may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Red Flag Report is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
